Our In-House 3D Printing Services

Below are the printing  services we offer in house. All of our printers are state of the art and ready to print your parts! Lead times vary.

Stereolithography (SLA)

SLA or Stereolithography is an advanced additive manufacturing method based on 3D CAD, computer controlled layer scanning and rapid layer build-up and separation principles. SLA is a process in which a UV laser beam converts a liquid photopolymer into a solid plastic layer by layer.

Stereolithography is one of the more common applications utilized in the rapidly developing additive manufacturing technology world. This technology could quickly produce SLA prototypes according to the design draft. In this way, customers could reduce development risk by providing timely feedback at early stages.

Fuse Deposition Modeling (FDM)

Fused deposition modeling (FDM), additionally called fused filament fabrication (FFF), is the maximum broadly used sort of 3-d printing on the customer level. FDM 3-d printers paintings through extruding thermoplastic filaments, inclusive of ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), PLA (Polylactic Acid), thru a heated nozzle, melting the fabric and making use of the plastic layer through layer to a construct platform. Each layer is laid down separately till the component is complete.

Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) by Photocentric

We have the largest LCD 3D printer worldwide right here in our shop. Enabling custom mass manufacture and big component printing. From Dentistry to product design layout and manufacture, the LC Magna’s 23.8” LCD display and 510 x 280 x 350mm construct potential manages large initiatives with incredible speed and accuracy resulting in print accuracy and complex geometry formerly not possible with the traditional manufacturing methods.

Digital Light Processing (DLP)

DLP (Digital Light Processing) is a 3D printing technology that uses a projector and DMD (Digital Mirroring Device) to selectively cure a photopolymer layer by layer. The DMD is an array of tiny mirrors that direct UV light onto the build plate in the pattern of each layer of the 3D model.

DLP technology has become significantly cheaper in the last decade and is now almost as accessible and affordable as FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling).
